We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or not in usable condition.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review and assist you.
Once your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
